Ways to use the resource:
Use one-on-one or with a group of learners.
Engage in facilitated discussion with the learner(s) about the menstrual cycle and its importance while showing the Menstrual cycle sheets (facilitator copy) on a projector or a document camera.
Have a facilitated discussion of what the learner(s) know about the menstrual cycle and its importance and then address any misconceptions or gaps using the menstrual cycle sheets (facilitators copy).
Provide learner(s) with the menstrual cycle sheets (learners copy) to review independently, then engage in discussion regarding any questions.
