About Us
Exploring the Spectrum (ETS) provides training and education for professionals, agencies, and service providers who support Autistic individuals. ETS was created in 2018 to meet the growing demand for both increased education and training, and capacity building to understand and meet the needs of Autistic individuals. By offering sector specific training, through our catalogue of online training and more advanced customized content delivery, ETS is working to improve the knowledge and practices of support and service professionals, building increased understanding, acceptance and inclusion for Autistic individuals.
Our training and education is grounded in decades of front-line service experience, drawing from a wealth of knowledge developed by professionals, practitioners and first voices from a variety backgrounds and experiences. Our trainers have years of professional, academic and in-field experience, providing learners with practical, informed lessons anchored to real world experiences, person directed principles, and evidence based, best practices. Each organization, service, program or sector is unique - you confront specific challenges and needs that we can help with. We can customize and tailor content to meet those specific needs, challenges, and questions.
