  • The Gender Expression Card activity can be given to individuals or small groups to explore gender expression and how it may differ from gender identity and be followed up with a facilitated discussion.

  • The Introduction to Pronouns sheet can used to facilitate a conversation with an individual or group of individuals about pronouns and gender identity.

Note: It is important that facilitators themselves understand the difference between sex assigned at birth and gender identity so that they do not end up reinforcing false harmful binary narratives about gender.
