  • The Differences Between Birth Control & STI/STBBI Prevention Methods activity can be completed as a group where the facilitator reads the prevention method to the group and learners can work together to sort the cards based on if it is a prevention method for pregnancy, STI/STBBIs or both.

  • The Differences Between Birth Control & STI/STBBI Prevention Methods activity can be given to small groups of learners where they can sort the prevention method cards based on if it is a prevention method for pregnancy, STI/STBBIs or both. This can be followed up with a facilitated discussion of difference between prevention methods.

  • The same activity can also be done as an individual activity.

  • This activity is a good review or assessment activity after having taught the concepts of contraception and safer sex methods.
