·      Provide each learner with a copy of each card and allow time for them to sort the cards independently then have a facilitated discussion.

·      Provide a copy of the cards to the learner(s) to use in small groups or pairs. Have the groups sort the cards, then as a larger group go over the answers and have a facilitated discussion.
